Flip Electronics is a broad line distributor of board level electronic, electromechanical, and interconnective devices. Incorporated in 2015, the organization is young but the expertise of its employees spans over 100 years of experience in the electronics industry including sales, purchasing, engineering, and quality control / assurance.

This manual is prepared for the purpose of defining the company’s interpretations of the AS9120 Rev. B and ISO 9001:2015 international standards, as well as to demonstrate how the company complies with these standards.

 Flip Electronics adopts the following terms and definitions within its Quality Management System. Where no definition is provided, the company typically adopts the definitions provided in ISO 9000: Quality Management – Fundamentals and Vocabulary and AS9120B
